Procedure

• Fristly press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and select the Task Manager.
• After the task manager got opened click on more details to expand it.
• Now click on File and Run New Task.
• Then type cmd.
• Now on it paste the following code which is given below in cmd and hit enter.

reg delete HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\IrisService /f && shutdown -r -t 0

• Now your PC should reboot. After reboot everything will be normal.
